We have been bombarded with cucumbers in our garden, but no need to complain when they make the perfect pickles and are a great, healthy snack!

And I never knew how easy it would be to turn cucumbers into pickles. Some fresh dill, kosher salt, and vinegar is just the core of the recipe there’s always room for experimenting with different spices and seeing how they turn out.


The wait is definitely helping with my patience, got about 8 jars in the fridge that can’t be cracked open till the end of the month. But trust me, the wait is so worth it! Pickled some jalapenos too and luckily those only need to sit for a few days.
