My first kale pizza was so delicious, Saturday night I cooked up another one. This one on vegan pizza dough, used all the same ingredients as my first kale pizza just added a few ingredients:
Serrano peppers from my garden (perfect on pizzas!!)
& Daiya mozz./cheddar diary-free shreds
Loved the vegan cheese addition, but the key is not to go overboard on the cheese. You don’t need much.
