The “I Just Love Berries” Smoothie

I cannot get enough of berries, strawberries, boysenberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cranberries, they’re all just so amazing and full of fiber! Because we all know by now, the problem with Americans health isn’t the lack of protein, but the lack of fiber! But the combination of bananas, strawberries, and blueberries is just magical when blended together.

  • 5-6 frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/8-1/4 c. frozen wild blueberries
  • 3-4 tbsp. of fresh parsley
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 c. vanilla almond milk
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds

Blend her up and go to town! Let me know what you think of this amazing smoothie combination when you make it!
