Working with so many different clients looking to loose a few pounds, gain some muscle, or even just to eat a bit healthier, I’m starting to work with simple recipes to make them more visually mouthwatering and more appetizing with a plethora of spices to increase the flavor.
I’ve been working on a bunch of recipes to kickstart this and for my clients to refer back to as well, and hope to have them all posted before August. So just bare with me. For now, enjoy this amazing photo of the pasta I made for lunch yesterday:
Just boiled some brown rice & quinoa penne noodles, fire roasted veggies from my garden, topped with a homemade spicy tomato sauce and vegan parmesan.
