A lot of sources (blogs, videos, documentaries, etc.) to back up the lifestyle I choose to live and why I promote this type of lifestyle. It’s one thing to just tell people why they shouldn’t drink cows milk, but it’s another to tell them, and have the research all put together in a 3 minute clip about why they shouldn’t drink cows milk. Just sharing the studies and research. Nutrition studies are so fascinating, and I don’t believe them all, and I do, do outside research before sharing with my followers.
